Delivery Information:

The Greener Store deliver only to addresses within mainland UK, N. Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.

Most orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day, subject to  stock and payment clearance. Other orders will be despatched the next working day, subject to stock and payment clearance.

How Long Will It Take?

Orders are normally processed within 2 working days and then despatched on a 1-2 working day delivery service.

Ordering information

By submitting your order, you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying those goods (including passing your personal details onto couriers and other subcontractors). Personal details can be removed from our system by written request.

In the event that the item you have ordered is out of stock you will be informed and your card will be refunded immediatly or we will pre-allocate an item from the next delivery as long as this falls within our promised delivery schedule. In the event that we can supply the item but not within our specified time scales we will inform you and allow you to choose whether or not the delay is acceptable. No property or title of the goods shall pass from The Greener Store to the customer until payment has been received in full.
